Who We Are ?

On December 22nd, 2020, BizPro Realty Inc was established in Ontario by Nilesh Dalwadi, who serves as the Broker of Record and is the owner of the company. The foundation of the company is built upon principles of honesty, integrity, and professionalism, with a clear intention to assist sellers and buyers in the transfer of ownership for small and medium-sized businesses.

Nilesh Dalwadi has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 2003. His primary focus has centered around the sale of businesses, both with and without properties. Business selling requires a specialized field where knowledge and experience play a vital role throughout the entire selling process. Choosing a realtor without adequate expertise and experience can leave sellers or buyers in a precarious and vulnerable position.

In instances where the seller client is passing through any Critical Illness, or succumbed to an Unexpected Death, and that resulting in to a financial crisis to them and their family members, we’ll offer our services completely free of charge.

We do not accept any referral fees. We believe the referrals are given to deserving professionals whom we can put a trust that they will provide best service and result to the client and accepting a referral fee leads to a conflict of interest.
